On December 18-23, 2023 representatives of the department of Innovation and Educational Technologies of the Ministry of National Education of Turkiye visited our country in the frame of job shadowing program.

The purpose of the visit was to get acquainted with the experience of implementation of the project-based education model in capital and regional educational institutions and to exchange ideas on teaching innovative methods.

Within the framework of the visit, the members of the delegation met with Vusal Khanlarov, the head of the Bureau on ICT for Education under the Ministry of Science and Education, Orkhan Abbasov, the deputy director of the State Agency for Preschool and General Education, and Anar Gadimaliyev, the head of the Ganja-Dashkasan Regional Education Department. During the meetings, discussions were held on the digitalization of education, and the importance of joint action towards the implementation of the experience exchange of educators of both countries.

The Turkish delegation visited high school # 220 in Baku and schools # 28 and # 45 in Ganja, where the project-based education model is applied, and got acquainted with local experience.

At the same time, the guests visited the STEAM innovation center in Baku in order to familiarize themselves with advanced technologies and management methods for the realisation of digital learning.
