"The Most Creative Project of the Year" applications for the Local Competition are open.

The "Most Creative Project of the Year" competition on eTwinning starts on November 25.

The main goal of the competition is to establish, plan and develop international cooperation in the framework of the eTwinning project, an international joint education project involving at least 3 European countries. Any eTwinning teacher can join the competition with projects that meet the following conditions.

• The project topic should be free and focus on pedagogical innovation and modern teaching methods;

• The project plan, purpose and expected results should be clearly stated;

• An international project involving teachers from 3 European countries;

• The project should be based on the National Curriculum;

• Student research should be included in project activities and planning;

• The application of Information Technology in the project should be clear;

Projects submitted to the competition must register on the eTwinning portal between November 25 and December 15. At the same time, the teacher who fills out the application form must be the founder of the project.

The winning project manager will be eligible to participate in an international training in Europe next academic year without joining the selection process.

The previous winner of the annual "Most Creative Project of the Year" competition was Aliya Ahmadova, a physics teacher at Sumgayit Secondary School # 1. The founder of the project participated in the eTwinning contact seminar on "Robotics" held on August 19-22, 2019 in Valmiera, Latvia.
